Recipe Refinement, Testing, Standardization and Writing for Food Entrepreneur
Client had a personal favorite recipe for salad dressing that she wished to bring to market. This product would be part of a larger business endeavor for client, a salad restaurant on Martha’s Vineyard to open in summer 2019. The salad dressing would be used in the restaurant and also bottled and sold to the public.
This project was a collaborative effort with a partner food business consultant and included:
- recipe refinement, testing, standardization and writing
- ingredient research and recommendations
- co-packer identification, recommendations and guidance
Client is manufacturing the dressing and awaiting the opening of her restaurant. She was extremely pleased and appreciative of the service and support provided by Love + Craft Kitchen and partner consultant.
